
Renu Handa is a seasoned HR and Training professional, blending technical expertise with a deep understanding of human behaviour to drive organizational excellence. With an Honors degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work and Human Resources, Renu has built a distinguished career spanning over 26 years across the HR, Social, and Education sectors. Her credentials are further bolstered by certifications from the Government of India and Thames Valley University, UK, along with specialized diplomas in Personality Assessment & Development and Graphology.
She is founder of “Reflections”, a development and wellness community, Renu is passionate about fostering growth through personal and professional development. Her work emphasizes wellness, spirituality, and creative expression. She extends her expertise as a visiting Counsellor and Trainer for the Madhya Pradesh Police Department, where she delivers psychological counselling and performance enhancement strategies to police personnel and their families. Additionally, she plays a pivotal role on the Gender Development and POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Committees at AIIMS Bhopal, MANIT and IISER Bhopal.
Renu’s extensive experience includes collaborations with global organizations such as UNICEF, DFID, UN Women, and the World Bank. She has also contributed to the Association of Technical Education Institutes by advising on curriculum development and strategies to enhance student employability.
