He is B.Tech. (Civil) from NIT Trichy, further, he has completed his MBA in finance from Sikkim Manipal University, he has also completed Master of Science (Municipal Water & Infrastructure) from UNESCO-IHE, Institute for Water Education, Delft, Netherlands and Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Law (PGDEL) National Law School of India University, (NLSIU) Bangalore, India.
