Pooja Pachori is Currently Working as Associate Director at Fusion Waste Management and Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. She is expert in IEC/BCC (Information Education and Communication/Behaviour Change Communication). She is also expert in Municipal Solid Waste Management and Operation and Management of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. She has about five years of Professional Experience in IEC/BCC and Municipal Waste Management.
She did her MBA (Marketing and Retail Management) and BBA from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. At Fusion She has worked for eight Projects at Nagda, Unhel, Kharchod, Badnagar, Neemuch, Khandwa, Ujjain and Chhindwara. Her Role and Responsibilities Include- IEC content Design and Development, Planning and Execution of IEC Activities with IEC team, Organizing and Conducting Capacity Building Activities, Meetings, Rallies,  all kind of Documentation and last but not the least Team Management.

Raj Kishor Kustwar Currently working as Associate Director at Fusion Waste Management and Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. He has been working in area of developing socio-economic, self-sustainable and escalable model of Solid Waste Managment. Moreover, he is also working in area of liquid waste managment. He has expertise in MIS, IEC/BCC, extensive doumention & on-ground preparation for Swachh Survekshan, ODF++, Safaimitra Suraksha Challnege and GFC Star Rating, Socio-economic and Development Studies, Social Inclusion and Science Policy.

He is M. Tech. in Animal Biochemistry from National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), Karnal. He has worked as Research Fellow (JRF and SRF) at CSIR- National Institute of Science Technology and Development Studies for four years in the field of Science Policy, Innovation and Development Studies. Prior to that he worked as Research Scholar at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee in area of Human Genetics and Molecular Biology from 2014 to 2016.

Pratik is currently working as a Senior Manager at Fusion Waste Management and Consultancy Pvt Ltd. He holds a BTech in Civil Engineering and has over six years of experience with both government and leading private-sector firms. His focus is on Urban & Rural Infrastructure Services, specifically Solid Waste Management (SWM), Sanitation, and Swachh Survekshan. He has been involved in multiple waste management projects that include planning and implementing collection and transportation services, processing plants, and disposal facilities. Additionally, he manages the SBM Dashboard. Pratik has hands-on experience with various waste management technologies, including composting facilities, bio-methanation plants, material recovery facilities, sanitary landfills, legacy waste management, construction and demolition waste management facilities, and plastic waste management units.

Shivani is a dedicated and experienced professional with over seven years of experience in the development sector. Her career is marked by a deep passion for gender equality and social justice. Shivani holds a Master of Social Work degree from Barkatullah University, which has equipped her with a strong academic foundation and practical skills in social work.

Aishwarya Dey works as the Executive Assistant to the Director at Fusion Waste Management and Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., where she combines her academic background in Commerce and IT Management with exceptional organizational skills to support the Director’s office. With a focus on “Transforming Government Initiatives through Expert Business Development,” Aishwarya is dedicated to optimizing the Director’s schedule and ensuring seamless operations. Raghvendra is working as an Associate at Fusion Waste Management and Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., Currently engaged in legacy waste management projects for Rajgarh and Bareli Municipal Councils. Anjali Singh Bhadoriya is a proactive and ambitious accounting intern with a solid academic foundation in commerce. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, where she developed a strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and business management.
