Having exposure of consulting in industry pioneers like Water Sanitation & Hygiene (WaSH) and Waste-to-Resource, on strategic and operational aspects of Transaction Advisory including Risk Management. Managed Urban WaSH portfolio of about USD 250m and has experience of sanitation planning with a budget of over USD 800m. He is also well versed in Project Management, Risk Management & Advisory, Environmental Awareness, Environmental Law, Sustainable Thinking

Renu Handa is a seasoned HR and Training professional, blending technical expertise with a deep understanding of human behaviour to drive organizational excellence. With an Honors degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work and Human Resources, Renu has built a distinguished career spanning over 26 years across the HR, Social, and Education sectors. Her credentials are further bolstered by certifications from the Government of India and Thames Valley University, UK, along with specialized diplomas in Personality Assessment & Development and Graphology.

Shivani is a dedicated and experienced professional with over seven years of experience in the development sector. Her career is marked by a deep passion for gender equality and social justice. Shivani holds a Master of Social Work degree from Barkatullah University, which has equipped her with a strong academic foundation and practical skills in social work.

Imran Khilji is an Assistant Manager at Fusion Waste Management with 4 years of experience in the field of solid waste management. Currently, he is working on a legacy waste project, where he focuses on the remediation and management of old waste sites to improve environmental health and community well-being.

Imran has a proven track record of managing diverse waste management projects with different urban local bodies. His expertise includes overseeing comprehensive waste management operations, team coordination, and implementing innovative waste reduction strategies.

I am Ritika, a dedicated Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in creativity and design principles. I have completed my Bachelor’s degree in Commerce along with a Diploma in Graphic Designing, which has equipped me with both technical expertise and aesthetic understanding.
